The client was a multi-billion GBP private equity owned infrastructure operator with multiple sites across the UK and high levels of commercial and financial complexity. The company had experienced a period of exceptional growth and was now entering a more difficult trading period.
Client Requirement
The company had made a successful transition to new CEO and Chairman in the previous 12 months. The CFO appointment had, however, failed. As such there was significant internal and shareholder pressure to ensure the next CFO landed effectively. Having identified an appointable candidate, the client wanted an objective deep dive and thorough assessment to provide additional insight.
Our Approach & Methodology
