Client Requirement
The client needed to appoint a Managing Director with exceptional knowledge & experience of the Italian beverage business, coupled with the strong strategic planning & business development skills. Equally important was the ability to work & influence effectively in a global business. It would be important that the candidate could operate both autonomy & also with the complexities associated with building strategic partnerships
