Individual Assessment
Our methodology enables us to provide evidence-based insights to clients when selecting candidates for senior roles and leadership positions, as well as supporting individual employee development planning. We use a combination of psychometrics and structured behavioural interview to evaluate candidates’ personality traits and professional behaviour, and we explore the impact that these have on their leadership performance. This approach enables us to identify their strengths, limitations, and risks, relative to the specific organisational requirements. We take pride in delivering clear and concise reports that help decision-makers identify individuals who are best-equipped to meet the demands of their roles
Management Team Assessment
We draw on the same methodology – personality profiling, critical reasoning tests and behavioural interviews when undertaking management team assessments, supplemented by additional aggregate team overviews. Our team reports highlight the strengths and gaps that exist in terms of management teams’ combined capabilities, alongside the potential synergies and risks around team effectiveness.
