Client Requirement

Over the last ten years this client (during which has had three changes of CEOs) has repeatedly worked with one of our Partners to strengthen their leadership team. Roles have included Chief Risk Officer, Finance Director, Chief People Officer, Director of Shared Services, Transformation Director, Chief Internal Audit Officer and Head of Reward.

Our Approach & Methodology

Each role had a bespoke UK Wide search strategy designed to attract talent. To ensure we fielded diverse longlists we stress tested the brief to ensure we could broaden out the brief both from an experience perspective but also sector wide.

Outcome

All of the roles attracted market leading talent, have had longevity to their appointments and have contributed to the further development of the Society.
