The client was a global industrial & engineering leader who had began a process of plant consolidation. This had lead to significant leadership disruption that was impacting performance & service to clients. As a result the client decided to appoint new Operations Leaders for its US & Europe business

Client Requirement
The client needed to appoint Operations Leaders who had significant turnaround experience, were comfortable with scale & given the complexity & specialist nature of the industry experience. This was further complicated by challenging locations

Our Approach & Methodology
The search required us to focus on a small number of companies with comparable technologies, principally competitors. We conducted the search in total confidence & travelled extensively to meet target candidates who were under an NDA

We delivered a small & highly focused shortlist for each role, both positions were appointed from direct competitors
