The client is a leading global branded consumer goods lender. It’s Latin American division was its fastest growing region but the commercial & consumer environment was very different to the rest of its global business. Capturing this growth in a marketing driven business was a corporate priority

Client Requirement
The client wanted to recruit a Regional VP of Marketing who has previous LATAM marketing expertise. The brief was to locate a candidate who not only was an exceptional marketeer but has highly developed leadership skills. A leading edge understanding of innovation, multi-channel & digital marketing discipline

Our Approach & Strategy
We led a Pan-LATAM search to identify exceptional marketing talent. We also extended the search process globally into a select group of leading consumer package goods to identify candidates from the region or international alignment

Outcome
The shortlist was highly diverse, category relevant & consistent of candidates currently in Latin America but also an alignment in the US, Europe & Japan & an outstanding candidate was appointed
